My Story
I'm a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach.
Graduated as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, then graduated and became certified by the Health Coach Institute.
Welcome to Wellness Transformations Coach. My name is Charleen, your host, and I am excited to walk with you on the journey to holistic health.
Health and wellness have been lifetime passions for me and motivated me to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I graduated as a Health Coach and became certified as a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach by the Health Coach Institute.
I was at one time a beauty business owner but had to close down my beauty business due to personal health issues which included chronic pain and extreme exhaustion. I was utterly broken-hearted because I had worked very hard at establishing a thriving business.
Despite well-meaning advice that I go on disability, I, however, took my illness as a prerogative to follow the dreams I once had of living a holistic life. I registered to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I learned how to take control of my health and also help others regain their health, life, joy, and body.
Today, I am on my own mission to heal myself with organic foods, lifestyle changes, supplements, stress reduction, sleep, exercise and of course prayer and positive thoughts. My everyday progress in this area pushes me to want to help as many people as I can to take back control of their health and wellness.
